You do not need to find or create another image. I have prepared a suitable wide AI/technology corporate image for this slide.

On the screen you showed:

The only problem is:

New Flash Image: Choose File → No file chosen

Do this now

Click Choose File.
Select the AI technology image I prepared.
After the filename appears next to Choose File, click Update.
Wait for the green Well done! message.
Then go back to Home and check the rotating banner.

Important: Don't click Update until a file is actually selected — the "Please select a file" message in your screenshot happened because no image was selected.

Your banner should ultimately say something like:

AI & Intelligent Engineering
Enterprise Technology Solutions

with the description:

Engineering intelligent enterprise solutions through Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, software engineering, automation, data engineering, cloud platforms, and modern quality engineering.

That is much more aligned with the modern FSS positioning we're building.

If you don't see the prepared image in the file picker, tell me what folders/options you see after clicking Choose File, and I'll guide you step-by-step.

where is flash image saved

The flash image is saved here on my side:

You can download it here and then select it with Choose File in your FSS admin page:

Then:

Download the image.
In your Flashimages → Edit Flashimage page, click Choose File.
Select wide_futuristic_tech_themed_corporate_ai_it_hero.png.
Make sure the filename appears beside Choose File.
Click Update.

If you want, we can go through all 3 flash images one by one and make the Home page look like a professional modern AI/IT consulting company.
